• How do I get a Cash Card? 

It’s easy! Just go to your nearest betFIRST point of sale and ask for a betFIRST Cash Card. The Cash Card will make betting a whole lot easier. All your deposits and withdrawals must be made at the same shop.

• How do I get a Cash Card account?

Once you have requested your Cash Card, all you have to do is complete your online registration if you don’t have an online account yet and make sure you have read and accepted the betFIRST website’s general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Your Cash Card and regular online account will be ready for use in a matter of minutes! Please note that your Cash Card account and your regular online account are completely separate : you cannot transfer bets or winnings between the two accounts.

• How do I make a deposit using my Cash Card?

To make a deposit, simply go to the retailer where you created your account. Hand the Cash Card to your vendor (up to a maximum of €3,000 in cash), stating the amount you wish to deposit into your account, and pay the exact amount. As from €3,000 your identity shall be registered, and you have to sign a form for anti-money laundering purposes. The money will be immediately credited to your Cash Card. Please note that you cannot credit your regular online betFIRST account from a point of sale. Deposits are accepted at your vendor’s discretion, and are limited to a maximum daily amount in cash of €3,000. As per the local legislation, all players who register an account from the 1st of March 2020 cannot deposit more than €500 per week, combined (Cash Card account and regular betFIRST online account) except if the Gaming Commission confirmed that you are authorized to increase the €500 weekly limit.

• How do I make a withdrawal using my Cash Card?

To make a withdrawal, simply go to the retailer where you created your account. Hand the Cash Card to your vendor, stating the amount you wish to withdraw from your account. Your vendor will give you the exact sum in cash and immediately debit it from your Cash Card account. You cannot withdraw any money from your regular betFIRST online account from a point of sale. Withdrawals are accepted at your vendor’s discretion, and are limited to a daily maximum amount of €3,000. Registration of your personal information will be made as from a withdrawal of €2,000 in accordance with local legislation. 

• How do I play online with my Cash Card?

Simply go to the mobile version of the betFIRST website ( https://betfirstcasino.be/ or https://betfirst.dhnet.be/). Log into your account using your personal details. A window will appear asking you to select which account you want to use for the session. Once you’ve done this, you can go ahead and place your bets. The same process applies when using our app on a mobile.

• What do I do if my Cash Card is lost or stolen?

As indicated on the back of your Cash Card, if your card is lost or stolen, simply go to the point of sale where your account was created with a form of ID. Once your vendor has verified your details, they will activate your new Cash Card! And don’t worry - the funds remaining in your old card will be transferred to your new one, so you won’t lose anything!

• What if I want to use a different retailer?

If you want to change your retailer, simply go to the new betFIRST retailer and create your new Cash Card. Your vendor will create your new Cash Card and betFIRST will approve the transfer of point of sale immediately because you cannot have 2 Cash Cards. Don’t worry - all the funds remaining in your old account will be automatically transferred to the new one!

• How do I close my Cash Card account?

The betFIRST team sincerely hopes that you will never want to close your Cash Card account. However, if this is the case, simply go to the betFIRST retailer where you created your Cash Card account. Once your ID has been verified, the vendor will close your account. You will, of course, be able to withdraw all remaining funds (up to €3,000 in cash per day) from your account before it is closed.

• Can I transfer funds from my Cash Card account to my regular betFIRST online account?

It is not possible to do this. You cannot transfer any funds from your Cash Card account to your regular betFIRST online account, and vice versa.
