In compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (European Data Protection Regulation), we (i.e. betFIRST, a brand owned and operated through this website by B&M SA/NV and Exploitatie Casino Middelkerke NV, meaning the Partnership operating this website and the relevant activities) provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data carried out via this website. This information does not apply to other websites of the betFIRST brand that may be consulted via links on the domain websites of the owner, who is not responsible in any way for the websites of third parties. This information is provided pursuant to Art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 and is also based on the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, on cookies.

Data controller 

B&M NV/SA, a public limited company, registered at the Banque Carrefour des Entreprises under the number BE 0437.057.848, and with registered office at Leeuw Van Vlaanderenlaan 15, 9950 Lievegem (“betFIRST”), and Exploitatie Casino Middelkerke NV, a limited liability share company incorporated and registered under the laws of Belgium, with company number 0782.601.344, and registered office at Zeedijk 117A, 8430 Middelkerke (“ECM”), are the designated joint controllers with respect to the personal data processing (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and/or “betFIRST”).

betFIRST reserves the right to use cookies in order to respond best to each user. By using cookies, betFIRST has better knowledge of each user's preferences and can personalize the site to each user's expectations. The cookies help identify each user's language of choice so that betFIRST can automatically select that language on the website, as well as ensuring that bets placed by the user are linked with their ticket and account.

How long will cookies last

Recipients or categories of recipients of the data

The personal data provided may be communicated to:

Data transfer to a third country and/or International organisation and guarantees

Personal data provided will not be disseminated and will not be transferred to non-EU countries.

Should there be a need to transfer Data to third countries, betFIRST itself undertakes to:

• Ensure that the country to which the Data will be sent guarantees an adequate level of protection, as required by Article 45 GDPR; or
• Use the standard contractual data protection clauses approved by the European Commission for the transfer of personal information outside the EEA in accordance with Article 46.2 GDPR.

The data subject may obtain information on the guarantees provided by the Data Controller for the transfer of data by contacting the Data Controller at the contacts listed above.

Do I need to read any other betFIRST statements?

We may use cookies to collect certain information about your use of our online services.
