To activate the "Crazy Twins" side bet, on the other hand, you must both bet on the side bet and place the main bet. The payout here depends on whether or not you beat the dealer in the main game. If you beat the dealer with a normal pair on the side, you’ll get a payout of 22:1, but this increases to 300:1 for a pair of 5.
